  I had them come and clean the carpets on 12/30/2011 and it was said they would move couch. I went into the other room until they were done and after they completed I signed and paid them. Later after they left it took forever for the carpet to dry and in the middle of the room the carpet had looked like it had a huge wrinkle running completely across the floor. This carpet is only 1 1/2 years old top of the line from Home Depot. Then my husband moved the couch and it was bone dry as they never moved the couch. Guess I needed to oversee everything they did. I called that evening because of the wrinkles in the carpet and had to leave a message that was never returned. Guess they don't care after they get their money. Two days later it relaxed and went away but I should have been informed of what happens and maybe this should not have happened who knows they don't return phone calls. I would not use them again.
